Netscape 4.0 Users:  A problem with the security with Netscape 4.0 and Microsoft NT (our web server) will generate a "bad data received from server" error message.   Use the following work around:

• Click the security padlock in the tool bar.
• On the left-hand side of the security window, click the Navigator settings.
• On the right-hand side of the security window, there is a "SSL 3.0" setting. Disable (uncheck) this setting and click OK.
• Try ordering the book again.
